Easy Mexican Vegetable Mixture and Rice Lunch
Ingredients:
500 grams of Mexican mixture
5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 spring onions
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
salt, pepper as needed
Pour two cups of water into the pot, add salt and let it boil, add a cup of rice and let it cook. Dry spices can be used.
Briefly fry the chopped spring onions in olive oil, then add the Mexican mixture, reduce the temperature to half and simmer until the rice is cooked.
Transfer the cooked rice to the pot with the Mexican mixture, then mix everything together until combined. Add salt and pepper as needed.
